After the completion of the order, an “order content confirmation e-mail” will be sent from Shop to the input (registered) e-mail address of customers. The content of the order may be checked upon the receipt of this e-mail.
It shall be deemed that an e-mail from Shop was delivered to customers at the moment when it was sent. Contact from and to Shop shall be done only with e-mails.
All types of Shop’s merchandise are build-to-order manufacturing. Delivery timeline is from about 3 to 7 weeks after the order. Delivery time may be lagged, because of the characteristics of the merchandise. Upon order, customers are requested to understand that our merchandise is BTO. It is not possible to specify the particular deadline when ordering. Your understanding would be appreciated. We are sorry, but detailed information on delivery time may not be communicated because our merchandise is hand-made. Contact will be made after the merchandise is shipped to Shop.
About return, exchange, cancellation of merchandise
The complete checks of the merchandise are made before delivery. In case of the breakage or smears of the merchandise, or divergence from the order, contact shall be made via e-mails within seven days after the receipt of the merchandise. Contact pertaining to the defects of the merchandise shall be made only via “e-mails.” This is to prevent miscommunication. Your understanding would be appreciated. Inquiries from customers will be promptly replied by Shop’s staff in charge. We are sorry, but customers are requested to store the merchandise “in mint condition.” Note that when more than seven days passed after the receipt of the merchandise, requests for the refund and return of the merchandise may not be made.
About shipment of replacement
Defected merchandise shall be replaced with the equivalent one. Procedures for replacement shall be as follows: The defected merchandise shall be returned to Shop. After the receipt of the merchandise in question, Shop will check it and confirm that there are defects despite the fact that all the packaged accessories and the merchandise are in mint condition. Immediate action will be taken as soon as defects are confirmed. Note that as the manufacture of a replacement is made upon the order, it takes some time to deliver the replacement. We are very sorry, but your understanding would be appreciated.
Incidentally, even in this case, change to the content of the order or requests for refund may not be accepted. Note that, in case of defects, the only available option would be the replacement of the merchandise (please understand in advance that it will take some time to deliver a replacement), or that if a replacement is not necessary (in case of the defect of processing, etc.), the merchandise in question will be redelivered after correction in processing.
Note that, however, some types of the merchandise may not be replaced because of manufacturing conditions. In this case, refund will be made to the account designated by customers.
Return and replacement for convenience of customers
Customers’ purchasing contacts come into effect when shopping (purchase) is completed. After that, cancellation may not be made. Our merchandise is customer-made, whereby an order to the manufacturer will be made upon customers’ order. Note that, after customers’ order, any cancellation, change to order content, size replacement, or other replacement and return, for the convenience of customers, shall not be accepted. Before purchasing, make it sure to check the size, color, image, etc. of the merchandise. If no photos are available on the websites, or if customers can not grasp the characteristics of the merchandise, inquires shall be made to Shop before purchasing the merchandise.
About merchandise with special processing
Note that the merchandise with special processing (the merchandise with rope, etc.), the special semi-ordered merchandise, or “customer-made manufacturing merchandise” tailored exclusively for the certain customer may not be returned, replaced, or refunded in any circumstances. An order shall be made with this in mind. In case of the cancellation of these products, cancellation fees, equivalent of merchandise prices, shall be charged.
Judgment criteria for defects
Before the delivery of the merchandise, complete checks are made under strict criteria when the production center (manufacturer) manufactures the merchandise and when the merchandise is shipped to Shop. Note that judgment for defects is made based on Shop’s standards. Also, note in advance that characteristics unique to natural leather (small wrinkles, small spots, small tarnish, skin injury (cured injury, etc.), color unevenness, tiger-eye wrinkles, blood-vein wrinkles, belly parts, grain unevenness, or other surface quality unique to natural leather ) and scratches, etc that are unavoidable during manufacturing processes are not defects. If customers judges that the merchandise has defects, it shall be returned to Shop after inquiry contact was made (we are very sorry for your inconvenience). In this case, customers are requested to make necessary procedures for the package, shipment, etc. of the merchandise in question. Also, note that shipment fees shall be borne by customers temporarily.
After the receipt of the merchandise in question, Shop will check it based on its standards within two business days. If Shop judges that the merchandise has defects, an equal replacement will be provided for free, or the merchandise in question will be repaired for free. In this case, round-way shipment fees shall be borne by Shop (the shipment fees temporarily borne by customers will be reimbursed).
Note that if Shop, based on its standards, judges that the merchandise has no defects, round-way shipment fees shall be borne by customers.
About merchandise posted on websites
・Depending on the conditions of customers’ PCs and monitors, the color and shape of the merchandise may appear differently from the actual one.
・The color/combination of the merchandise featuring beads or colored stone studs has different specifications, depending on assortment or body colors. We are sorry, but customers may not select certain hues. Also, the photos of the merchandise posted on our websites represent the rough estimation of color for your reference.
・If the photo of the merchandise is available only for one color, the specs of this color may differ from those of other colors, in terms of the combination of peripheral colors (the colors of leather, stitches, beads, studs, metals, prints, etc.).
・The specs, appearance, sizes, prices, or colors of the merchandise may be changed without prior notice.
・In consideration of the characteristics of used materials (particularly, soft materials), sizing may differ depending on instrumentation conditions. With this, sizing shall be taken only as rough estimate.
About rope offered as wallet-accessory or single sales unit
The length of rope is the rough estimate of the rope component. As a result, the particular merchandise may have sizing different from the one indicated on the websites.
・Once the belt is worn, a stain is imprinted. Note that belts, once worn, may not be returned, replaced, or refunded in any circumstances. If defects are found immediately after the use of the belt, it is examined by Shop’s staff in charge and may be repaired, if necessary.
・Note that because of hand-made manufacturing, the sizing of belts may have small margins of error.
About natural leather merchandise
Our leather merchandise is manufactured by the craftsmanship of the production center (manufacturer), except the certain types of the merchandise. With regular maintenance, it may be used for long time. Also, repair work is offered by the production center.
*Like human skin, leather products are respiring and susceptible to humidity, such as rains. For some types of leather, humidity may cause lasting damage, such as spots. Particularly, if leather is left wet, it may suffer severe damage or molds and fungi. Enough care shall be taken in rainy days or when using water.
*Dyed leather may suffer loss of color because of friction, humidity, or moisture. Enough care shall be taken to prevent pigment from contacting with clothing.
*Leather is the natural material that is, in principle, easily damaged. Note that, once damaged, the complete restoration of damage is impossible.
*Maintenance with excessive oil or with oil incompatible with leather products causes damage to leather.
*If leather will not be used for a long time, it shall be stored in dry, shady locations with good ventilation. Note that if it is stored in damp locations, or if it is put inside or covered with plastic bags, etc, molds and fungi may be produced.
*All the leather merchandise offered by Shop uses natural leather. Natural leather may have small wrinkles, small spots, small tarnish, skin injury (cured injury, etc.), color unevenness, tiger-eye wrinkles, blood-vessel wrinkles, belly parts, grain unevenness, or other surface quality unique to natural leather. This is not defects, but the evidence of natural leather.
*Dyed leather of our merchandise is also natural leather. Each piece of merchandise may have the different settlement of pigment dyes. Also, dying is finished manually by specialists. As a result, merchandise even in the same color category may have different tinges. The merchandise may also have lot divergence or color unevenness.
*The knitted wallet rope that may be sold in single unit or in combination with the wallet has very delicate quality. Particularly, the strength of the fringe part is far weaker than that of the knitted parts. It may be broken even with weaker stress, regardless of the length of use. Enough care shall be taken for the handling of the rope.
About accessories other than main merchandise posted on websites
Accessories other than the merchandise that is posted on the websites (boxes, novelty, etc.) are merely gifts that are not included in the prices of the main merchandise (“a freebie”). As a result, those accessories may not be offered, depending on inventory conditions. Also, complaints against or the replacement of those accessories may not be accepted in any circumstances.
Precautions for installation of wallet rope

If the option of installing mounting hardware is not selected before the completion of purchase, the addition of this process shall be deemed as repair work. Note that, in this case, round-way shipment fees and other expenses shall be borne by customers.
Also, note in advance that the option of installing mounting hardware may not be accepted for some types of the merchandise because of the problems of intensity.
