- If you ever receive a defected or damaged good, we are very sorry and we will of course exchange with the good one.
- If we mistakenly deliver product which is different from your order, we will exchange with the right one.
- In both cases, please contact us within seven (7) days after you receive the good. After the 8th day of receive, we may not be able to accept the exchange.
- Please send back the defected or wrong good to us. We refund the entire deliver fee sending back to us.
- Please be advised that the picture images (such as color and touch) of goods seen on this Web screen may be different from those of the real after you receive. Please place an order at your risk, and we are very much sorry that we do not accept the return by the reason of your dissatisfaction.
